...r.The work pressure is so much that you cant balance your personal life with it. The salary given to the engineer who is working day and night and running here and there is very meagre. They have only allowed bike to their engineers. The politics at the management is so bad that your can't get your credit for all the good work you have done.

Dislikes

Salary is very less. You can only use bike. There was a time when I was the only one who was taking care of the entire region but there was no appreciation for that but another guy who comes later was given a reward.

...ules and processes that it creates a hitler ruled environment in the company. 2. Salary structure is so twisted and made to fool you that your actual net salary becomes 40-50% lesser than your monthly CTC. They add everything including company mobile number bill to yout CTC. 3. For people working in field, specially engineer and manager level, life is pathetic, all management is ex L&T who have formed a group and try to dominate non L&T people, making their life hell. 4. Head of Laser sales is a mentally sick old grumpy good for nothing and almost a human being.

Dislikes

Its an average company, generally have low growth. Salary part not as per metro city standards. Management doesn't care about your difficulties in operations. They pay low and expect triple the Targets. Motivation level is very low. Once joined people don't even get confirm for years even after doing targets. They end up giving reasons that your behaviour was not good. Your reporting was not accurate. All the excuses will be given. Its not a worth company to give valuable time of our career. I don't reccomend people joining this. You will get stuck with you career. Lot of travelling will make your work-life balance poor.

Likes

Learning is good. Good quality products. Good exposure. No practical trainings only seminar trainings. Practical training would be better for learning. Lot of multitasking makes things hectic. Covering whole state and involves lot of travelling . Minimum 80 to 100 kms per day.

Dislikes

Career growth is low and salary is very low as compare to Territory we handle. Good salary can be a good place to work.

Good infrastructure, canteen facility, variety of work, nice people and colleagues

Dislikes

Actually the Company is a very good Company in so many aspects. The main issue being at least a dozen of some of the traditional, old fashioned way of working styles are still followed by the Company including HODs and Senior Managers and that will make some of the other really good things meaningless. A solution for this is a permanent positive change by the management by themselves which is impossible as they have been following the same old way of working for so long. The second best option is the HODs and Senior Managers talking to the management to bring out a positive change, but it seems they are either helpless, or reluctant as they are focussed on their personal gains. So, at the end of the day, most of the employees will complete their day's work by spending very long hours, doing unproductive work which will never help them, and the Company either. If the Company makes a few changes regarding its working culture and gets adjusted to the latest style of working that most Companies follow, it will be one of the best places to work for.
