MMI as a company which believes in the principal People's First. The CEO too connect with his individual employee understand the concern from his employee and provide solution which is quite encouraging. The work culture is amazing, friendly and most of all supportive. The management always encourages innovative ideas from it's employees. Senior's gives a free hand to their downline to work on their project. Team work is something that's is in the genes in MMI which can be seen in any department and among project team. The company also takes efforts in conducting necessary training for it's employee in timely intervals for better upliftment and development of each individual

Dislikes

Sometimes there are too many meeting in day but things are getting streamlined now.

It’s a constantly improving company; tries to improve employee experience, work experience, takes note of employee concerns and has an environment of trust. People who like to try new ideas and are passionate about the work are mostly rewarded with new opportunities promotion. Even the non performers get chances but they have a tough time. Most team leaders are with the company for 7-10 years with solid experience and are basically nice people.

Dislikes

Better focus on Trainings, team building exercises and also possibility for launching new shows.

Messe Muenchen India has a very nice culture and allows employees to work freely. Here, you not only get good support from seniors but also get motivated and appreciated for your efforts. Apart from this , having employee friendly policies and superb office with a pleasing ambience

I guess, HR should play very vital role in recognition & career growth along with appraisal. Need to be pro-active .

Everything in the company is good. Excellent Company to work for. Excellent work culture. The HR department is full of new and innovative ideas and very helpful to all staff. This company offers good growth to performers but the non-performers are asked to leave so they have started to set very high-performance standards which was not there earlier.
