The work culture is shown as a very cool culture but they have terrible management and all the directors in the company are illiterates, doesn't even know how to talk. They can only lead a team here and cannot go anywhere further than this place. 0 ethics and they are all full of negative mindset, very narrow minded people. they claim that they have a very flexible culture but they need to learn a lot of things.

Dislikes

People! All the people leading the teams are all wrong ones.. Germans need to change the team leads as these guys are setting wrong examples for people working in the team.

Likes

There is nothing wrong with the company, it is one of the best companies that i have worked for. There are systems and processes of a typical German company which if followed religiously then you can be the most successful person. You get exposed to domestic as well as international markets that means that you might get to travel within India as well as international.

Dislikes

As i said there is nothing wrong with the company it is the people who manage it that matters. Appraisal is just a formality and increments and promotions are given to a select few which makes the working environment very uneasy and the some times a performer feels cheated. Many non performers have been getting favours even though their performance has been questioned for last couple of years. And quite few good employees have either left the company or have been asked to leave just to accommodate the non performing assets of the company. If you have ideas then keep your ideas to yourself as only a selected few are suppose to give ideas which are accepted others ideas are all initially rubbished and later reintroduced in as their own ideas.

company has a friendly and evolving culture, it constantly wants to improve its systems, processes. Basically a place for people with passion and drive. Performance is rewarded and celebrated. people with low commitment and performance are given many chances but in the past two years many such people are shown the door. Have been with many expo companies and I find it to be the best experience so far.

Trainings, incentive system can be further improved.

I was hired as project manger for one project but work which i was doing was another project which i came to know when i joined .. there was no proper communication which had happen and they did not confirmed me .. had a worst nightmare in this company no help from anyone . infact the new HR had no idea what to say she was just doing what the person was telling her to do.
