Lol Nothing! If you're someone who is unorganized, loves to gossip, lacks empathy and professionalism then this is the company for you. If you can pretend you can stay beyond 10 pm everyday the you might as well have some bright chance of winning an award, that's how pretentious people in this company gets recognized.

Dislikes

If there was an award for most number of Buffoons in one place, the India subsidiary of Messe Duesseldorf would win it hands down. There's no work life balance, No learning, no vision from senior management. The leadership team is basically a bunch of morons who have absolutely no knowledge or clarity about their roles. The project directors should be focused on getting business but they never go out for meetings and are instead involved in closed door gossipping. They are losing out on business from big clients, ruining their relations with all their partners, and cannot take accountability of their actions which mostly lands them in embarrassment situations. There's an employee leaving almost every two months because of the lack of professionalism in this company, stressful work life, nasty level of politics and mediocre standards that they have managed to maintain all these years in the exhibition industry. The funniest part is they have no support from their headquarters either thanks to their long history of trust issues.
