Company ke kam krne ka tarika bahut hi bekar hai aur joining toh hogi par apko offer letter nhi diya jaayega kam ka security nhi hai job se kbhi apko Nikal skte hai maine aaj tak aisi company nhi dekhi jab Amul milk aur mother dairy products 60 se 70 bik Raha hai toh koi kyu tmhra prodect kharidega agar ham kosis kar bhi rahe hai toh uska faida company ko ho rha hai hme toh target pe target diye chali ja rhi hai aise me kam krne ka kya mtlb hai politics hoti hai yah pe apne bande hi lagye jate hai HR se lekar SM aur se lekar TL apne hi bande hi lagwa rha hai naye bande hi help tak nhi karte hai target pe target de kar pareshan kr dete hai
