...d finance are toxic themselves and slowly but surely they build up the toxicity. This whole company is not worth not even 5 salaries if you would intend to work at them, they pay you the minimum, the Christmas dinners are so awkward like the finance team will take a group picture just to show it to the big boss, you will never see or receive any of the group pictures. Then they start to discuss how much the table cost like you organized it and wanted to be there. It's a complete joke. There is no inclusion, they cannot build it, and they have no idea what authenticity and a NORMAL working environment are. Their only interest is to earn money for themselves and their families, them being sales, finance which is also HR:))))))), One of the managers you report to is the CFO. ZERO segregation of duties, bad pay slips, no accuracy, no transparency, just some numbers on paper. It is a disgusting company, the worst of my career. I vomit at the thought of doing overtime, smiling at them genuinely, buying them flowers and cookies, and much more. I vomit.

On international level company is very good. Medical benefits are good.

No priorities for Pune plant from company management also no work life balance not good working environment. Nothing to be liked about. No transportation facilities.

A fast growing company in India with great opportunities to learn. Visibility is excellent and the work environment is great as well.

As a growing company you are expected to take on multiple roles and responsibilities, which is great for learning but tampers your work life balance in the long run.
