Dislikes

The management was very bad. GM VP all self centred people. Never help with anything. They hire people for sales good in English speaking but want them to speak in Bengali in office. They do not want any other caste apart from theirs, owners don't know about this !! No proper incentive slab, people were give incentive based on what the GM decides and not their work ! Very biased organisation

Dislikes

This is Lala company. HR doesn't resolved employees issue, full salary delay and arrears forfeited. The relationship of middle management with employees like ant with shoe.

Work timing as it was preferred sales market so 9 hrs in a day. But weekends you have to give more time to the company!

Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

Manager favouritism and poor work culture and behaviour of seniors! Even some employee has no work ethics and corporate etiquettes!
