...ct 5 days office working. They don't understand anything like family emergency. If you don't have leaves they cut salary and ask you to put LOP. Micromanagement at peak. Stalking you like anything. Calculating break times and whom you are talking to. They don't have there own life and expect you to work 10-11hrs.

...d what needs improvement. Receiving such feedback is crucial for every employee. If i talk about salary, we always receive on time. Job security is strong here. After every sprint goes Live, we hold a Knowledge Sharing Session to inform other teams about our work. Overall, meritto is a fantastic place for those who are eager to learn love their work.

...totally baseless. Here you will be working on weekends too. No Holidays as such. They keep on hiring Freshers and Students from Campus Placements with the lucrative package. They lure and cheat freshers in the name of huge salaries, which has a big component of variables. Freshers if this is going to be your first job, please avoid.

No Pros , only they offer high salary but do not expect you will ever get the variable component as they will find ways to cut it since no policies in place.

Everything , loads of work , you have to work on weekends as well , leaves not get approved so result in loss of pay and then also they will call you for some work. Daily working starts at 10 am and goes on till 9 pm , if by chance you leave at 8pm even , everyone will comment on you that you are going early . No Work life balance . Upper management is very rude and inconsiderate.
