... Orthodox people are serving here as BU heads and gulping money for no Reason. Cherry on the cake is their salary component "variable pay" which is unpaid since years and company has no intention of paying that. No increments , only work load for junior staff. Even after resigning and relieving, you have to cry for your own money.
