Owners have spent lots on Garden, lake and infrastructure. The try to exploit employees in every possible manner. Poor pay, no growth. Only people with reference get growth here. Management want Agm, Dgm and VP happy and their favorites happy and fill their pockets only. If they give you huge hike than only join otherwise I request don't ever join this company.

... Just false commitments and exploiting employees in name of covid since 2 years. Even deducted 20-30% of salary for 9 months but not returning our hard earned money. Deducted amount is even more than total appraisal earned in all these years. Third class thinking of top executives and management. Wish they start valuing mid and junior level employees some day.
