Retention offer
Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

Likes

What I like in this company that the owner is readily adopts latest technology and mind to develop. This encourages the Survey team as well as Photogrammetry team. Owner is very polite to clients.

Dislikes

The owner is only polite to clients not a bit to the staffs. He uses offensive languages to Survey team mostly. The work pressure is very high, sometimes I have to work from 9am to 4am, ie., 19 hours, continuously with only 2 break of maximum 15 minutes, But owner do not value this effort and scolded me for the work lagging (not my fault). When I asked for salary increment he tried to remove me from that post.
