... you pressure of targets otherwise they will immediately put you in PIP program. Salary: The management is enough good that they will hold your salary and kick you out. They will harrass you, misbehave, if you're not following their ideas. They will hold your salary at the time of increment. If you got 2 mins late, they will deduct half day salary Company culture: The owner and his family members are on the managerial posts. So the culture is completely. They will launch every new policy in alternate weeks to entertain employees. If I ever get a chance to meet the AmbitionBox web developers, I would give this company a 0-star review.

1. If you are open to waiting until the 13th–15th of the next month for your salary, then go for it. 2. If you are okay with your salary being withheld without any valid reason, then go for it. 3. If you are comfortable working in a company where the leave policy depends on the decisions of the owners' family members, then go for it. 4. If you are ready to handle constant stress, then this might be the place for you. 5. The company claims to have a budget but doesn’t offer proper salaries; instead, they are primarily hiring interns. 6. Only a few employees truly benefit from the company’s policies—those who strictly follow the management's rules. 7. No matter how hard you work, there’s still a risk that your salary may be withheld. 8. Some senior members try to intimidate employees with threats of termination or false allegations, creating a toxic work environment. 9. Harassment issues exist, making the company unsafe for both male and female employees.

... countries and process even she don't even know what is going in the company. 6. The company will any time say you good with the fake hopes that by this date they will provide you the salary. But once you leave no one will respond your call. 7. Chetan the account manager, Himani jangid the HR, priyanka vats the manager all are fraud including amar bahada. 8.They asked us to leave the office since they are in loss in just one month of hiring us. Saying that the salary will get credited in the next pay cycle but no update yet. 9.And now no one is responding. If we are calling from the unknown number they are just disconnecting the calls and blocking the numbers.

Nothing only egotistic people with no skills and brain. Officious behaviour of the managers who are highly unskilled and only there because of shoe licking .

Terrible management no proper structure no hierarchy only two or three people those who are relatives of the Directors are there to take actions and decisions based on their egoism and attitude ignoring the performance and skill of an employee .Pathetic management and no proper response from the Directors it's going to doom the way this company is running. VERY IMP( EVERY OCTOBER LAY OFFS ARE Mandatory IN THIS COMPANY)

It was close to my home that's the only liking about this.

Their is lot of nepotism. Most of the employees are related to the CEO somehow. They cut salaries even if person is 2 minutes late, they continuously find rubbish reasons to cut salaries. Leaves are very unpredictable. Lots of bias among employees.
