The team is great and they have a good employee engagement activities. The product and the service they provide are wonderful. You can involve in every department's work.

Dislikes

Everything other than the employee engagement is poor. The management doesn't trust it's employees. The policies are very strict and there aren't even any paid sick leaves, They don't provide payslip. There are no employee benefits provided. People based concessions. You say one NO and you are not a good employee.

I have been working in this company as a senior content writer. The first thing I want to say is that everyone in this company is so friendly and helpful. Work-life balance is the most important part for every employee. At this company, The work life is so good and feel so comfortable. I have learnt lots of things from this company. When I face any problem with my work, the teams are always there to help me. I think it's the best company ever. :) :) :)

Good culture for the adoption of the new joiner and everybody got proper time for exposer.

Kindly consider all the profiles received at the time of the interview, and try to convert them into / can be used those profiles into some other suitable roles.
