Great company with less working culture at bottom line. Need to improve foot work of the field force. It is failure of the line managers. We need to make field personal to work properly, in absence of the managers also.

Training and management system is excellent. But failure at bottom level which is supported by the line managers

MERCK SERONO IS REALLY A GOOD ORGANIZATION TO WORK. THE CULTURE AND ETHICS IS REALLY OUTSTANDING. BUT 40% OF THE MANAGERS HAS CORRUPTED THE COMPANY BY INVOLVING THE M.R. IN SHORT TERM BUSINESS AND CREATING A WRONG AND UNHEALTHY ENVIRONMENT WITHIN THE ORGANIZATION.

STOCKISTS ADJUSTMENT AND MANAGERS ARE NOT WORKING AT ALL

Good company to work with. Teammates are good, training is good. Job security depend on individual. Career growth is depends on availability & eligibility. Salary/appraisal is good. I can not comment on politics. Learning is good. Work environment is also good. Work-Life balance is good.

It is very early to comment as I have not completed even a year in the organization.

As it's a MNC comp, so you never worried or calculative about your money, you only have to perform, although company is always ready and support you to grow. It always welcome innovative ideas to grow comp in ligal way. Product portfolio is superb and verywell accepted in market.

Seniors are highly politicians,Socially those who are in comp since long, to secure own seat, they will go upto any extent.
