Its a good company with good work life balance. If you want to stay longer in same company and work without stress then this would be best for for you. As of now I have not heard anything about layoff so it is better in terms of job security as well.

Dislikes

Poor Salary, Poor Management. People in leadership team needs to be proactive a bit. They talk about many things in the meeting but nothing happens actually. They have Limited projects with very old technologies.

...ive .Althought the work is hectic sometimes the 5 day week is much appreciated. I personally believe that pay could be slightly better ,Overall Merck provides ample oppurtunities to grow and a good place to start.
