The firm is small in size with only 7 to 8 employees but the work the employees do is fabulous .They have different apps which help them to do work faster and there are less chances of doing mistakes all the filling of 289 clients are done before the due date of filing return. The employees as well as the Sir and Manager all are very Co-operative and always encourages you to learn something new and motivates you.The atmosphere is like a family I feel very blesses that I got an opportunity to meet those wonderful people.As its a branch and is smaller there is no politics.

Help me with in hand salary

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions
