Being in Mercedes benz feels like working with a brand is always good you will see lot of good cars around you. Work like balance is amazing. Its a company one can retire with. Lot of lead opportunity you will get and to take responsibility for a product. Travelling to Germany if you are lucky.

 I've asked for a salary increase for the last 6 months and kept getting excuses. Excuses depletes your moral. My co-workers were great to work with, but management needs improvement. There's no growth and the pay will stay the same for many, many years without increases
