Lot of internal politics, growth of the employee is depending on manager. Biased managers, focus on favourite employees irrespective of your performance. Company is no more the best company for employees, as many things are changing internally.

Nothing helped, and even though I worked for a whole month, my salary was deducted, so I had left job and not even pay my last month salary, my financial condition is very bed.....

Being in Mercedes benz feels like working with a brand is always good you will see lot of good cars around you. Work like balance is amazing. Its a company one can retire with. Lot of lead opportunity you will get and to take responsibility for a product. Travelling to Germany if you are lucky.

Nobody is responsible for nothing. Company works like a trust. Everyone in this company just want to keep running rather than growing.

No promotion. Very low salary profile. 2% every year increment in salary. No practical approach from management only philosophy. Senior people already safe there position. No motivation everyone in this company frustrated
