Work culture one of the best thing specifically with German Based organization. Free food 3 times that too very good. Work life balance, and good brand value. Short term onsite opportunities. Job Security.

1) Low salary to the technical folks @ IT division 2) Hikes and Promotions are given to manager favorites, mostly to non technical folks who does coordination and catch/dispatch type of work. 3) People skilled with latest tech wont get chance to apply their skill sets and their skills just would sit in the form of certificates. The technical folks wouldn't be able to showcase any technical capabilities fully which was supposed to be gained out of experience working @ MBRDI, while they want to give interviews for a job change. either they have to upskill and just portray as if they have worked on the those technologies with their experience working @ MBRDI OR join as a fresher. This is the reality. 4) Managers make themselves sufficient time to improve upon their office politics skills. most of them are certified for the same. sense-less management. 5) The latest iphones COD, mercedes company cars, fuel allowance, phone bills etc are paid for level 5 and above management folks. The HRs didn't bother to cut down these expenses during pandemic situation, instead they decided not to roll out hikes for most of the technical folks citing pandemic situation as the reason. 6) Managers encourage unnecessary travel to their favorite employees (catch and dispatch guys) so that they can fill their pockets with per-diems. In most of the cases travel wouldn't be necessary, but still it is approved without any proper justification.

Work environment is average. There is no career growth, doing the same stuff from 2 years. There are no mentors or team leads with proper industry knowledge who can guide freshers. I was a fresher when I joined. There is no code or work review before deploying. This is mainly due to all team leads want to be a people managers but not technical experts. I didn't get opportunity to visit Germany and see the manufacturing plants but other team mates went many times and there is a clear favourism from management towards some people. Learning opportunities are there, they will give training bit whatever we learnt won't be applied at work so its difficult to remember what we learnt on training.

Lot of politics in management. Salary hikes has been postponed till October 2020 and there are no promotions this year. Hike is also less 3-5% that too only for selected people, I know currently situation js bad and company is not doing well as compared to pre COVID-19. I work in IT and management decided to outsource most if the IT works and they selected many departments and teams to outsource. I am also part of it and I am not feeling good about this decision. They are rebadging existing employees to the partner company. Don't know about my future, career growth and pay. Management is transparent regarding outsourcing and gave time till Jan 2021.

Food at MBRDI is good and quality is maintained well.

Dislikes

Salary is decent but career growth is very slow. No value to years of experience. Work culture is not so good, it's more of discouraging and zero value for individual perspective. Employees learning growth is very restricted and work is more tedious and continues repetitive. Do not expect any appreciations, it's more of complaints booth.

...s is something company is still not that good at. Travel opportunity is there. Appraisal is ok ok , salary is good if you can showcase yourself properly during interview. Politics is there for sure as in most company i guess, especially when ladder of growth is present at every level but with multiple people in queue.

Little more politics, but yes it's part & parcel of corporate culture. Training modules are not well defined, so new joiners if you are coming on a little different topic of work, its a bit hafazard in the beginning.
