Can't trust this company for anything, they have all false promises, your position salary can demote anytime. if u r fresher you can join this company. as your not getting any other opportunity. very toxics environment. Top management is confuse, they don't know how to run business. They give false commitment to employ as they give false commitment to there client.

Good work culture at client side. Supportive top managment. Salary on time with occasional delay of 2-3 days.

Very strict office rules. Sometimes employee get panic with these rules. Company rules are flexible and accommodation personal challenges of employees.

Skill Development Support. Working with very experienced people to earn and learn great wisdom. No such deadline on work or task. But they will take some action in case work or task is too much delay.

Hr Policies is full Bull Shit. Paid Leave Encashment is not available for Probationary Period Employees. C- Executives and Managers are full of Bias and Partiality. Such as Language, Regional, and Appearance or Lookism.
