Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

Good Annual leave option for vacation plan as you have your Passport in your hand. You also get your pay very early every month. Any supporting documents you need such as NOC, HR dept. is very approachable and helpful.

Well I'm working as a waiter cum cashier since 30-1-2017 till today. I m working in a F & B concept. I just want to tell you the management of this concepts is too too weak , they are not stick on Wednesday me word. Day by day they remove all facilities of staff such that, WiFi they removed, accommodation changed, staff food they stop on duty, yearly ticket they stop, now finally they sent statements to vacate accommodation.

According to position salary's not good, no service charge, no bonus, from live out you should have to arrange your own transport.
