Company was very good and the employees are very hard worker's. The aim and moto of the company is very good . But the senior management don't have understanding to how the run the business and how to manage the line of employees. They don't understand the customers requirement as per time .

Dislikes

I have spent my 9 years for this company at the starting of first village. And always royal for this company . But today in this company the senior management don't know the needs of customers and they are only think about themselves about their salary and secure their jobs. They don't want to innovate new thing's and don't accept the field challenges.
