I dislike, not a job security, not a salary growth, only one weekly off ,no govt.holyday. ot payment is single, copalsary ot, working preshar.all india transfer and no pramostion without transfer.coutinius standing duty.

... overall any problems. PF not credited on time. In new year no any increment. In Diwali function not credited any bonus. Company not provide no extra weekend.

Staff is supportive, Work life balance is there only at HO

Very Much Salary Delay almost by 3-4 months. No Hike for almost 3 years for junior Level Employees. People switch the job due to same. Fake Promises of HR and HODs. There is lot of politics, Increment is only for seniors at AGM level and above.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 7 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees
