Salary growth is almost a joke, they will always manipulate you both verbally and emotionally via imaginary growth. 5. Highly unstable, too much hiring and firing, they always threaten their employees to fire so you keep working. Most of currently working people looking for job change. 6. Management is not experienced enough to run a company efficiently. 7. They force their their employees to give good reviews online (obviously). I do not expect that these issue will fix anytime soon but please do contact the former employees to get better idea before joining.

Completely dissapointed, No work-life balance especially for girls very poor experience for girls to work here. They force to make you work at night, weekends without any considerations. Salaries are consistently delayed evry month causing financial stress. No proper management, lacks professionalism. Highly toxic organisation. Overall it has been a horrible experience. I will not recommend anyone for this company.
