I have worked there as a counselor & I feel that if you can survive in mentors eduserv for 6months as a counselor than you can work in any coaching center of Bihar. They train you very well in that field.

Only politics. Selection is done on basis of favouritism, casteism and may be money exchange. Working atmosphere is toxic. HR is casteist and takes Brahmans. No job security. Action against HR must be immediate. Selected candidates must be stopped from joining due to malafide reason. Director involvement is nothing, thats why hr is enjoying.
