I have worked there as a counselor & I feel that if you can survive in mentors eduserv for 6months as a counselor than you can work in any coaching center of Bihar. They train you very well in that field.

...ent can fire you anytime or they can change your position or department anytime. They may keep your one month salary as security deposit.

...at qualifications like having a 'big tongue' matter more than actual work ethic. Opportunities for timely salary, increments, or advancement are lacking, and positions aren't valued as they should be. My advice would be to consider other options and not waste your time here.

Only politics. Selection is done on basis of favouritism, casteism and may be money exchange. Working atmosphere is toxic. HR is casteist and takes Brahmans. No job security. Action against HR must be immediate. Selected candidates must be stopped from joining due to malafide reason. Director involvement is nothing, thats why hr is enjoying.

If ur dedication level is not upto mark ,u should not come in touch otherwise yes. This organisation required 100% efforts and if u capable plz join by its procedure

Everything. No job security. Every decision taken by one person on her whims and fantasy. False promises. Politics by employees. Delay in f&f.
