It's a seed level start-up so it's energizing with fresh problems to tackle daily. Building curriculum with tutors talent was very interesting. Autonomy to teachers is very refreshing. They are very selective about team which is good. Founder has a good vision.

Dislikes

Communication, especially between teams is very poor. This makes it tough to coordinate between onsite and remote. Politics, especially by few tutors who are close to the founding team. You should be well versed with corporate nuances to work here if you wish to grow. If you choose to resign, do it quickly else it may be misunderstood as terminated. Clarity of KPIs is ambiguous, but understandable as it's a start-up. Note that median age is Gen Z so be discretionary if you're of a different generation as the understanding gap can lead to misunderstanding. Very very harsh and unrealistic targets leading to fatigue. Good place for gen Z but experienced professionals won't enjoy as openness to experience is minimal and there's little reverse mentoring.
