Nothing to like. If i can give 0 star i can give. There is no job security. They hire people in high pay and fire once there work done in 1 to 2 month.

Dislikes

Almost every thing.. no job security fire 150 people just for budget issue .. didnt thing before hiring. Work culture is fuĺl of politics. In my career first time i seen md involves in company politics. Hire for some position and will give dome other job to do. I was hired as a merchandiser and i was doing designing, fabric sourcing, software check , merchandising, checking every thing in store along with that. Promotion is biggest lie there.

Sometimes, it's terrible to face the office politics and critics but yet there a mentor who will fill you again with enthusiasm.

I starts my carrier from this company and I learn many thing from my colleagues or from my seniors I joined as a fresher and now at that time as in the senior position in my department, I work culture of this company is very suitable for me,

Overall a very good company. Lots of things to learn. A special thing is company is going through a growing phase and owner of the company are well educated and very well aware of growing market strategies. So for employees lots of growing opportunities here.
