1. code and fix model. 2. No accountability for senior employees. 3. Family run business, Family run politics. 4. Manager is part time HR. 5. Low/no appraisals. 6. No client facing calls for anyone else other than the family. I wouldn't be allowed because I was an intern but neither were other senior employees who weren't family or family friends. 7. Unpaid overtime on each friday because of mismanagement (no proper planning). 8. Usual trope is aUsTrailiAn cLiEnTS blah blah. Don't fall for it. 9. Project features may depend upon what cool articles we've read today. 10. Low balling people in recession otherwise usual hire and fire model prevails. Whoever is reading this. You've been warned.

Nothing here to like anything, insides many politics. If they have a need for you, they will hire you, and after completing their work, they will fire you. And will give the reason for the performance issue. The technical lead doesn't have enough knowledge, even though all are at the senior level. Nothing to learn new things don't join anyone.
