Meaningless meetings. They force employes to give good reviews on social site or they will fire you or give fake experience letter . Toxic HR. No support for team. Unneccesary pressure . HR takes revenge for no reasons. No public or casual holidays. No leaves are allowed if you are ill or even someone dies, they dont care,they want attandence only. No promotions , offer letter justifiy clearly they will behave as you are slave and no promotion even after probition period ends. They will hire you only for 8 -9 months after that they will kick you without any reason or preffer making pressure on you so you quit yourself.
