The problem of this place is mostly managment are from opening so they are like they know the entire world gm is worst ever ever dont know how to speak to employee start abusing and all the HOD praise him so I dont suggest to join this hotel please. 2 months notice period for manager which they will not say in interview. mostly to do breakshift ? dont know. F&B Dirctor cant take stand for his staff unbelievable to saw dirctor like this kind. Ex Chef always on phone playing games.

Job security, inter departmental behaviour is very good, good learning for freshers

No motivation and appreciation in kitchen department, there should be more menu in staff food.roation of shift of all sections of the kitchen is necessary for all post . What will be my tomorrow shift that I get to know after 6-7 pm ( kitchen department)

Meluha always supports their employee, there is no layoff so everybody has job security. that was great motive to work. the open culture so your each and every point to consider for discuss and action. this type of authority and pride for this company.

Fern has become a well know brand as they are coming up with so many hotels ,which also creates a job opportunities to the current staffs for internal transfers.Meluha has got very talented training team which extends its training to the best possible ways.Good work life balance.Very friendly staff and a very good management.

Well nothing much that someone will dislike but the brand needs to be more advertised to make a well know hotel in industry.
