So sorry if you are coming here thinking to only work work and work...Cuz then you'll be the black sheep here. Work life balance is so much perfect here that sometimes you'll might miss the office space and get bored from the hybrid work model. Now the team here are so energetic that they'll not let you sit until and unless you participate in fun friday, movie time and coffee pe charcha.

It has been few months since I started working at Melonleaf Consulting and during that time I have come to fully appreciate this organization. The work environment is excellent mainly because of my fellow employees, who are very easy to work and get along with. I am also provided with many opportunities where I get to learn new skills and improve myself. Another plus point from me would be the timely meetings that take place where I can always get constructive feedback that helps me moving in the right direction. Festivals and other such occasions are taken very seriously here and events are planned with everyone in mind so that no one finds themselves left out of the fun. Working here I always end up finding myself looking forwards to what's to come while enjoying the memories that I have created so far.

Nothing really comes to mind when I look at this question but if I had to answer it with something then I would say the Wi-Fi is slower sometimes😁😝.

I am working here from two years, and the work culture here is truly supportive and collaborative. Management values employee input and encouragandes professional growth, making it a great environment for developers , specially manager is the good part of this management here ,she is very supportive and can take decision by own for their employees .Team members are always willing to help, fostering a sense of camaraderie. Overall, it’s a fantastic place to grow and contribute.

I am loosing my skills here with the foosball team . You can not improve your foosball skills here although u will loose your own talent.
