Ample of Projects getting on board only because of principal engineer cum Managing Director Sanjeev Kumar Sharma's face value. Very good company for one who wants pursue a great career in field of precast structural engineering in future. Freshers may join but have to be very patient for getting involved in structural designing, as for initial years you may have to work as a draftsperson even if you have been hired as an engineer, which is actually good for long term.
