worst management they will ask you to sign several bonds and they won't release properly , after leaving the company they won't settle your last month worked salary ,expenses etc,they won't give proper experience letter ,releaving letter etc And also very poor work culture ,they will ask you to work till late night and their is no proper policy in the company.

Worst company, No HR, There is no Team work in service team, everyone there are always keeping an eye on what you are doing, if you even make a small tiniest mistake they will make sure that CEO knows you made a mistake and showcase it as big mistake done by you. Accounts team is pathetic, Company keeps on changing there own policies as per there requirements. Very strict IN timings, if you are late by even 5 mins to office, your earn leave will be deducted, (manager allows tamil employees to come late or do there personal work during office hours, few of them even take 4 to 5 hrs permission to send off there inlaws to railway station n shopping n other things, if some other employees ask for 2 or 3 hrs permission, they are asked to take leave instead),but they expect you to work late night. Service manager doesn't know much about turning machines, Tamilian company, prefer Tamil PPL, langauge discrimination, better hike giving to Tamil PPL, you need to keep a track of your leaves, need to monitor every month, if you don't , you won't realise when accounts team deducted your leaves for no reason,

There is no job security in this company. Owner based company, no proper policies, Toxic management, toxic people, they don't provide female employees maternity leaves, infact they ask female employees to resign when they get married, and once they are pregnant, there notice period starts and they need to leave the company, they hire female employees who are married n have children, they don't hire females employees who are not married or the ones who don't have children yet Don't trust anyone in Bengaluru n Chennai office, whatever conversations you have with them is conveyed to the management with some extra spicy, Every year increment is done during September only, so that if someone leaves the company, let's say in june,they won't get even a penny, increment is not done on performance basis, they are usually done based on how good of a relationship ( if you say yes yes to everything manager says) you have with the manager, even if you didn't accomplish anything in the previous year or the present year. PF is fixed amount till the date you quit the company or retired, service manager doesn't support his engineers, he is just looking after himself, he openly says "few engineers can't handle the complicated work, so i give them easy work " n they get a good hike compared to the engineers who are good at there work, they get more major and complicated work, but less hike.

i would have given them zero rating if it were possible, reflecting my extreme dissatisfaction with the experience.

Dislikes

This company, which is Tamil based, is marred by poor management practices, characterized by the constant creation and abandonment of new policies whenever the owner prefers it, The service manager's lack of knowledge on CNC Turning machines adds to the concerns, furthermore, there is a noticeable bias towards Tamil individuals, with an apparent absence of focus or preference for non- tamil employees.
