poor management, rules are randomly changed as per their benefit, no proper training is given, salary is increased to those people who are close to the management not according work progressing incentive scheme (if they start incentive program then the incentive is given to there selected person instead of the actual person who has done the job),poor HR team ,travelling expense are not reimbursed properly(u cant go by cab or auto in remote areas or where public transport doesn't reach ),they keep ur academic marks card and make there employee suffer even if u have left the job, too much tortured in notice period if u leave job ,

It was very god Experience to me..Great working culture..All Support team work together...

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.

All thing I have been doen as Service & Maintenance engineer is best of my personal goal & growth.

Dislikes

All things are good. But, menagement regarding service job as per my opinion need to be such more improvement.
