Salary is decent but then career growth is bit slow. You need to be adaptive and flexible.

Likes

Not much Professional. One cannot get leave easily. HR means nothing. Salary is still through cheques not bank transfer. Office hours are too much. Work environment is very poor. Internally they just have some hand-picked favorites, who seem to be given opportunities for growth. The management is extremely shrewd and thinks nothing of their employees. The both owner are unnecessarily high headed and just wants people to eat their tails in front of him. The people who do that are basically incompetent in life and have signed up for a certain kind of life.

Dislikes

Everything in fact they need to learn the management Technics properly. One more thing that they are always using their forged credentials to get the contracts. Very disappointed. The are working even gazetted holidays like 26th January too.

Its really good working place,excellent culture, work environment also good... I love the fact that I am a part of a team. we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.....
