Awesome experience. Company management supported all employees during pandemic and paid full salary . If you are good at your work you will sustain and will see a lot of skill development. Directors are always available on and always ready to support you in any situation. I learned a lot of new things and got 3 promotions in 3 years of my job life.

Neglible . Few old employees do politics but you can easily tackle them if you are alert.

They kick out there employee once they have used them properly. They don't consider anything . Even in this situation where everybody is trying to help each other. They care nothing. They don't even bother to ask how there employee or ex - employee are coping with the pandemic. If they kick you out they will only be worried about company assests. Human is of no consideration to the company.
