Less improvement on Maintenance , safety officers.. Carrier growth slow and salary is too low as compared to others company that's why some employees left their jobs

Good environment and culture.Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent

Dislikes

Salary is decent but carrer growth is slow.There is no safety is that company,very poor plant management &canteen situation is also very bad,not give a good for employees.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
