MIL unit 5. low manpower, fitter never take responsibility. Safety mainly on paper. Company didn't won't to pay cost for safety. Sab gadhe bhare he top level me. No scaffolding for High work but permit closing mandatory. With low resources you have to give work. You have to fight without resources. Same think happened in production dipartment.

Working style is old but new plant and new manegement policey is only for working for company best fucture of company growth

Work in company it is not qorking it is team work...bit if aomeone steps in like i will do what I want...at that time...you can't afford them as a boss...

I am under utilised, not give job as per my experience. I am work as a manager but in reliance group experience as a General Manager Logistics, atleast they consider my experience and work profile.
