Management is good, they always try to improve not only the organization but also, employee satisfaction, and work culture. Everything looks good, as I lost my job at the Institute, So the Security of the Job is less. The Job was lost due to college closure due to less admission. So, it's not the fault of mine as well as the organization. We both tried our best, but circumstances were not in my favor of me.

Dislikes

The organization is great, Management is also is deep thinker, but the people in between higher and lower-level management, injustice with some people. many of the employees get benefited from Voluntary retirement, as they of having no use with institutions, but those who did take a lot of effort, do not get benefited.

Work Culture, appraisal, job security, work satisfaction, work life balance and what not... I must say everything there is worst and disgusting..
