I worked there since 2019 as a graduate engineer trainee & it's a good place for a fresher to start his career in the cement industry with good accommodation facilities & Company also provides transportation facilities from companies site to the railway station. Work culture is excellent & management is also good. The company conducts indoor & outdoor cricket & football game as well as lots of fun activities conducted every year. Work-life balance is excellent for all engineers & co-workers. The overall company provides good facilities with excellent job security & the payment you will always get on time without any delay & error.

Promotion is a little bit slow & if you started your career at the lowest salary then after devoting a long time you will get a good salary.

...d the management is not transparent. There is a huge gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they didn't give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There isn't a bond years . So u can easily resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Everything is good here. This is my first experience Cement Industry. I really very learnt here. This company used garbage plastic bags for reutilize so from this here environment is become good and always carried about to plant become more eco friendly.

Really compensation is low and growth also slow. One thing that partially is always patchily show.

Compensation is decent, Growth is slow. The work pressure not high. The working hours 8/10 hours. I do manage Maintenance of electrical parameters

...ment certificate nor anything. He is guiding Pareek. So think about the culture. The company also deduct the salary for medicine also. No other benifits. The HR from kolkata hired the candidates with false promises. Neither this company give u appointment letter, salary slip nor give a seat to sit to sit or work. Now come to Mines and Geology Dept. The Hod of Mines Umesh kumar always in alcoholic way behaves very bad to employees. So he creates situation to Geologist and Mining engineer who won't stay within 1yr. Now Geology Dept The Dept is called Katwa and Khandu Dept because every pearson is Muslim and nontechnical people in this Dept. If you want to survive here then convert to ISLAM. All the fellows in this Dept are pet of Umesh kumar. Selling vegetables is a life but not to join in this company if u are are a mining profession.
