Teammates is good. Training, job security,career growth all are good but processing is very slowly

Compensation is decent, Growth is slow. The work pressure not high. The working hours 8/10 hours. I do manage Maintenance of electrical parameters

There is nothing good to say about the company. The top level management don't have any degree and they are busy to increase their salary and don't think about trainee and assistant engineer.The maintenance vp of this plant shows he know everything but he is a useless guy .

For GET it was the very good company for learning,Job security was great, Management should be improved there policy.

Problem in salary for Engineers level , it was Remote area, accommodation was very poor for Engineers. Technology was very old they are using for making cement.

Very nice company.. it's best of all the companies I worked for. Salary is also Good. Work life balance is also very good. Little politics are everywhere in the world it should be ignored. They run a mini bus 3 days in a week for transportation of their employees, however, it is paid but it's worth paying.

Dislikes

Only thing I disliked here is distance from Guwahati which is almost 275km

Salary on time most of the months and work load is reasonable.

Dislikes

Very remote area, no proper medical facility in plant premises. Current employees are not that much welcoming to outsiders. Local people and area are not very safe.
