...e system is not good, they are not judging the candidate and giving the payment. In my case i left the company only due to salary and appraisal issue as after 2 yrs and 8 month of service I got nothing.

1.Work culture too bad Head office will not support so that we depended on Plant heads (Engineering) they doesn't have accounting knowledge. 2.Accounting not maintain properly 3.3 years Increments

HO staff is very bad und like freshers Specially HR they don't have sense how to treat a employee, if you belongs from north please do not join here. Language politics even driver has power more than a executive just because he is local. No one is monitering of new employees feedback and their rights. HR does not care employee difficulty even do not make mail reply no responding of calls. Totally Worst mangement. More than 100 i extamin here in 2 weeks only.
