matured team. Good product range. Easily approachable top management. A little fine tuning in getting in place professionalism will do wonders

Incentive process & reimbursement to the team is very slow & taking too much time. Standard procedures for yearly appraisal is missing. Inspite of good performance, employees should fight for increment. Increment totally depends on mood of the MD on the particular day
