Megawide construction DMCC claims to be "Mega & Wide", but it is the worst company i have ever seen. Not a single employee working there talks anything good about the company. The company's HR policies are a disaster - unprofessional, unfair, and designed to make employee's lives difficult, especially when they decide to leave. During pandemic time working timing was 7am to 7pm or more, with zero overtime pay. The food facilities were lousy, and they never bothered to provide relieving letters or full and final settlements (FNF) when someone they don't want leave resigned. What's worse, the rules in the company seem to change on whim, dictated by the project director and CEO as if they're running a dictatorship. There's no real benefits for employees, and it's clear that the company cares more about its interests than its workers. If you're considering joining Megawide Construction DMCC, think again. It's an unprofessional and disorganized mess that doesn't value its employees. Save yourself the trouble and look for a company that treats its staff with respect and fairness.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address oir issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow.There is a bond of 1 year.job training is not given to new joinees

Megawide accounts department not goods and not works as team. Accts department thinks better and cooperate every dept, so Glenn accts not work each and every dept work with honest

Megawide construction DMCC is a good company but megawide infrastructure India pvt Ltd is not good company this company in not job secured,not anything facility,not room provided,not any facilities in megawide infrastructure India pvt.

Megawide construction DMCC project has been completed after that no transfer facility after completion the project all employees surplus and going to other company for job search
