No Carrier growth, No salary increments, No respect from management to employes, long delay of salaries, benifits like coupons, salary advances, team outings are only in documents, not in reality, there is no end for work, but not capable to get payments from customers for the services/products provided. Managers finance team says they are not able to pay salaries now, but promises to clear in future. Wont reduce notice period, wont cancel 3years of bond even not able to pay monthly salary. They say company policies which cant change. But they take paying salaries is not company policy. They state pending salaries are not unproffessional thing. Pending salaries for 4 months

They are not providing salary for last 6 months on time.There is 4 months pending salary till now. No hikes lot of work don't follow any flow for requirements
