I was getting 15.2 LPA in my previous org and now i am being offered 29.5 LPA but the designation is 1 position lower than what i was in my previous org. Should i go ahead with the offer or still negotiate on designation. Protip : i was laid off in my previous org.

Nothing. It was my bad time so I joined in hurry.

Dislikes

Worst firm in Mumbai.I have to wait for Salary for 4-5 months. And still last month salary is not cleared even serving notice period. No overtimes and firm will force you to work atleast 12 hrs. While joining they will tell you nothing about work and working hours, location etc.Not event gave me my salary slip and experience letter. No Sunday off...Not single paid leave.
