Nothing, joining means reuining your carrier and CV, no training, no support from anybody, poor goodwill among sellers, Loss of pay (LOP) is common. It's a third party payroll.

The salary and perks are better than its peers

Poor work life balance, promotes people only at higher positions already and within the circle of the leadership. There are endless reviews every month, hardly leave time to actually do something

Work culture is best other than any company I have work before. I work for FnV department later on.still same culture is threre.All HR and managers are helpful.

I dont like in this company is salary structure.not a fix date.and incentives are credited little bit late.

People who work here are very talented. They are from top notch MBA and engineering colleges. one gets to learn a lot from their peers. At the same time, people are very competitive.

On my conversation with many new joiners, have found that they feel overworked and start doubting themselves in just a few weeks.

Permanent work from anywhere is the best thing here. Salary is also competitive and the work is also challenging and engaging for the most part.

Dislikes

There is a lot of work to be done and most of the teams are understaffed. Also recognization is practically non existent. Meesho has outgrown the startup stage in rewards so promotions and hikes are a lot less compared to other early stage startups Especially in supply chain roles where visibility to leadership is very low .
