Work culture is best other than any company I have work before. I work for FnV department later on.still same culture is threre.All HR and managers are helpful.

I dont like in this company is salary structure.not a fix date.and incentives are credited little bit late.

The vendor they selected are non react as professional. Vendor's not pay the salary on time and they deduct too much amount from salary.

Managers are not polite with the team. And many more are dislike about manager behaviour.

Nothing, joining means reuining your carrier and CV, no training, no support from anybody, poor goodwill among sellers, Loss of pay (LOP) is common. It's a third party payroll.

Salary comes on time. Managers are always learning about new things. Variable is obtained even after achieving 70% target.

Dislikes

The only reason for me not liking the company is that it is the logistics service which gives too much returns and the performance of the supplier gets spoiled.

Poor work life balance, promotes people only at higher positions already and within the circle of the leadership. There are endless reviews every month, hardly leave time to actually do something
