...t and culture. teaching staff were supportive and the management is transparent. School policies were good, appraisals were fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

As politics is everywhere, so there was a lot of politics amongst the staff the senior staff doesn't address our issues because they too were in the politics. management doesn't address our issues infact they insults the in front of the parents as parents of the students are not important and correct then we teacher's. They never give any support to teachers.

Management was good but the co-ordinators experience was worst.

Dislikes

Co-ordinators do politics at very high level that the sincere teacher doesn't exist and they don't promote those teachers who are qualified and managed the things appropriately. They only want the people who are doing blandish for them.

The employees are treated as part of one big family which is Meerut Public school . Lot of opportunities to explore and learn .

I think the labs needs to be more advanced and equipped with latest technology

Immatured mgmt.waste of devotion n dedication.not worth working.over burdened and stressful work environment. Poor ethics.no meams of faculty enrichment. Only a needy may go. No value for talent.
